Wal-Mart To Sell Special Edition 4GB iPhone for $99.
Many different sites are reporting that Wal-Mart will release a 4 GB iPhone later this month for only $99. What, 4 GB? Apple doesn’t make the iPhone in a 4 GB version. This iPhone would be a special edition made just for Wal-Mart.
I forget the site I first heard this from but did a Google search and around 50 sites were reporting this story as of this writing. Could Apple release a special version just for Wal-Mart? If this goes through, Wal-Mart and Apple would probably have huge increases in sales during a time of lacking sales.
I know many people that want an iPhone that aren’t willing to fork out the money for it but at $100 I am sure they would change their minds. Would you buy a 4 GB iPhone for $99?
